
Interactive Vitality is a systemic, integrative, iterative, and emergent practice of cultivation of holistic vitality (Qi) that applies ancient methods in modern contexts. It is focused on one of the greatest challenges of 21st century: dealing with disruptive change and chronic individual and social problems. In addressing underlying patterns, instead of manifestations, it is consider to be an essential competence for thriving in the modern world.
It has to do with knowing when to stand still and when to move; when to retreat and when to advance; what to keep and what to let go – and to discern what is strategic from what is transient.
The results are transformative because the focus is put on vitality leverage points that produce multiplier effects across systems. It is done by cultivation of a self-empowering practice that facilitates interaction within and between individuals embedded in their organizational, societal, and natural eco-systems. At the personal level, it improves healthspan, well-being and major stress biomarkers – and increases focus and mental clarity – by removing blockages and stagnant energy, regulating flows and resonance (“respiration”), detoxifying and nourishing, facilitating pain-relief, and balancing stress and strain. In the inter-personal context, it leads to improving organizational performance, community resilience, sustainable lifestyle because of its catalytic role in facilitating social cohesion and realignment with regenerative natural context.
